Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for this competition

1. By sending in an entry, you accept these terms and conditions.
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions.
3. Only people living in New Zealand are eligible to enter.
4. All entries must be complete to be valid.
5. All complete entries received on time will be entered in to the competition.
6. Entries close at 5pm on the 12th of December 2011.
7. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. By submitting photos each participant confirms that his/her entry is their wholly-owned property, is not protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights and that all persons included in the photos agree to these terms. Participants will ensure CERA is indemnified against any claims in relation to the photos infringing on the personal or proprietary right of any other person.
10. By submitting photos, each participant (or their parent/guardian on their behalf), for and on behalf of all people included in the photos, grants to CERA a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute the photos throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented.
11. The photos will remain as a collection on this site after the competition closes. Photographs may also be used by CERA in the final Recovery Strategy for greater Christchurch document and supporting material.
12. All students must obtain parental permission in order to take part in this competition.
